Built from the ground up

Iron Acre Land Company started with a simple goal — building something of our own. I’m Matt, the owner of Iron Acre, and in 2025 my family and I moved to Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, chasing the dream of owning our own piece of land. What started as improving our five-acre property quickly turned into a passion for shaping and improving the ground around us.

After building a dry lot for our ponies, clearing pasture, and regrading our property, I realized I genuinely love this work. Today, Iron Acre brings that same pride, work ethic, and attention to detail to properties across Middle Tennessee; helping homeowners, farms, and builders create ground they can truly be proud of.
